Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-16
1. Who we are
ThreadSweep (the "Service") is a software service operated by Pleistocene Technologies LLP, a India Limited Liability Partnership ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.
2. What we provide
We monitor public Reddit content for keywords you specify, classify thread buyer-intent using third-party AI models, and deliver a daily email summary of high-intent threads with drafted reply suggestions. We do not post on your behalf and do not access private Reddit messages.
3. Pricing and billing
- Monthly plan: $149 USD / month, recurring.
- Annual plan: $1200 USD / year, recurring.
- A 3-day free trial is available, no credit card required to start.
- Payment is processed by our third-party Merchant of Record. Receipts are issued in their name and ours.
- All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes which may be added at checkout.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly: cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@threadsweep.com. Service continues until end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for partial months.
- Annual: 30-day money-back guarantee. If Days 1–30 deliver zero leads scored 6 or higher on our intent classification, email us and we will refund the full amount. After Day 30, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but cancel at end of term.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harass, spam, or violate Reddit's Terms of Service or User Agreement.
- Use the Service to monitor private content, doxx users, or build prospect databases for resale.
- Resell the Service or repackage outputs as your own product without written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this section without refund.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service relies on public Reddit content accessed via Reddit's API and similar interfaces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. If Reddit's API access changes or is revoked, we will diversify to alternative public sources (Hacker News, X/Twitter, ProductHunt, etc.) without changing your subscription or pricing. Continued service is not guaranteed if all such sources become unavailable.
7. AI-generated content
Drafted replies, intent scores, and pain summaries are generated by AI models. Outputs may contain errors, fabricated context, or misjudgments. You are solely responsible for reviewing any drafted reply before posting it publicly. We do not guarantee accuracy and disclaim liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scheduled maintenance and brief outages are normal.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
